Cancellation conditions and fees

Customer cancellation conditions and costs.
In the event that the customer is forced to cancel his/her experience after validation of the registration form, he/she must notify Kyōto Zen Experience as soon as possible by e-mail. The date of dispatch will be considered as the day of cancellation. Kyōto Zen Experience will deduct from the amount refunded to the customer a percentage of the total amount, according to the following scale:

15 to 7 days before departure: 20% cancellation fee

7 to 2 days before departure: 40% cancellation fee

Day before or day of departure: 60% cancellation fee
